  • Project Manager - Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sector.
  • Team Leader - Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sector.
  • Sales Executive - Fresher or Experience Both
  • Tele Sales/Direct Marketing - Fresher or Experience Both

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
  • Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals, and generate revenue for the organization.


  • Education- Any MBA/BBA/B.Com/B.Tech/BA/MCA
  • Experience of 6-12 Months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Language required: English & Hindi (mandatory) +Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu preferred.
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
  • Should be flexible for the day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
  • Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on a weekday.

Training will be provided for the initial few days for an employee to understand the end to end the process.

*It’ll be work from home because of the current pandemic. Hence Laptop and a good Internet connection is mandatory. We would keep you updated about resuming our office and also provide you with systems at the office.
